At Just4keepers we pride ourselves in our service, we have been running successfully for over 17 years now, so we are doing something right, and because most of the customers that purchase off our website train at a Just4keepers Goalkeeping training schools, in the 30+ countries that we operate in, we are obviously keen to provide our students with a quality service as they are our students, so we want to look after them!

However, even if you are not a J4K student, we will still treat you with the same respect and consideration as our students.

Also as you can appreciate sometimes parcels get delayed or lost that is OUT of J4K’s control, if this happens please be rest assured we will get this sorted for you as fast as possible!

Please also follow the below steps to get your query dealt with as fast as possible and PLEASE give J4K time to deal with your query as we are open 9am til 5pm Monday to Friday, and if we get a email or voicemail late evening or over weekend, we cannot deal with these queries until we get into the office.
